Quality control is built into every stage of our apparel development and production process — from material approval and pre-production preparation to in-line inspection, final inspection and packing.

PRE-PRODUCTION CONTROL

Before cutting and sewing, our team reviews the approved sample, Tech Pack, measurement specifications, BOM, fabrics, trims and customer requirements with the production team.

Potential production risks are identified and clarified before bulk production begins.

IN-LINE QUALITY CONTROL

During production, key workmanship, construction and measurement points are checked at different stages.

Any issues identified during production are communicated and corrected as early as possible to reduce the risk of repeated defects in bulk production.

FINAL INSPECTION

Finished garments are checked against the approved sample, Tech Pack and agreed quality requirements before packing and shipment.

Final inspection covers workmanship, measurements, appearance, functional details, labeling and packaging requirements.

TESTING & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

For projects requiring specific testing, certification or compliance documentation, we can coordinate with qualified factories, material suppliers and third-party laboratories based on the buyer’s requirements.
