The facility covers approximately 4,200 square meters across four specialized production floors, with an organized workflow from material preparation and cutting to sewing, finishing, quality inspection and packing.
- Ground Floor – Cutting & Material Management
Fabric inspection, storage, spreading, cutting and material preparation are coordinated before sewing production.
- Second Floor – Sewing Production
Main sewing lines support complex woven jackets, padded and down garments, workwear, uniforms and selected knitwear programs.
- Third Floor – Finishing, Quality Inspection & Packing
Garments undergo workmanship, measurement, labeling and final quality checks before packing and shipment.
- Fourth Floor – Down & Padded Garment Workshop
Dedicated equipment supports down filling and the production of padded jackets and insulated outerwear.
