This Print Looked Great On Screen. Making It Work On A Polo Was The Real Job
This project started from a bold abstract print file and was developed into a full sublimation polo with a matched collar, clean placket construction, and controlled panel alignment.
For this kind of style, the challenge is usually not just printing the fabric. The real work is how the artwork is placed across the body, sleeves, placket area, and finishing details so the final garment still looks balanced after sewing.
In this sample, we focused on:
- print placement across front and sleeves
- collar color matching with the main artwork
- clean placket and button area
- stable sewing and neat inside finishing
- keeping the visual impact of the original design in the final garment
This is the type of development work we often support for custom apparel projects — from artwork review and sampling to print execution and production.
