From Pattern to Garment Panels

At the cutting stage, every detail matters.

Before cutting begins, fabric needs to be properly spread and aligned to ensure consistent results across the production batch. Patterns are then carefully positioned to optimize fabric usage while maintaining the required grain direction and panel dimensions.

Once the layout is confirmed, each garment panel is cut according to the approved patterns and specifications.

This process directly influences:

Although cutting may not be the most visible part of garment manufacturing, precision at this stage creates the foundation for everything that follows.
